Bring every idea you're toying with, even the half-formed ones. Don't try to pick the right one or polish it first. Come as you are and we'll do the rest together.
A real person, not a pitch bot.
You'll be talking with someone who has helped hundreds of people turn a message into talks that reach the right rooms.
Taylor Conroy
Taylor has helped over 1,000 messengers reach more than 100M people, from first-time speakers to founders who now command five-figure stages.
Why you should actually do this
Three reasons to give a talk — starting with the one most people miss.
What one talk can do for your revenue
The perceived-value math, Taylor's origin story, and the real client numbers.
How your talk reaches millions
Two things, both starting with C: clarity and contrast — the tools Jobs, MLK, and Gandhi used.
Don't show up perfectly clear
Bring every idea, even the half-formed ones. Getting you clear is our job, not your homework.
More than one idea? Good.
You might be a multi-talk speaker. Bring them all — we'll help you choose where to start.
Over 1,000 people have gotten their message out of their head, out of their heart, and into the world where it belongs.
They all started with a call like yours.
We're excited to meet you and start moving your message forward.
Questions people ask before we talk.
Still got a question before your session? Here are the ones that come up most. Anything else, just reply to your confirmation email.
Add it to your calendar →What exactly happens on the call?
You'll have a one-on-one conversation with a senior advisor from the LEADR team. They'll listen to your ideas, ask questions about what you're working on and where you want to take it, and help you get clear on the best next step. If what we do is the right fit, they'll explain how to get started. If it's not, they'll tell you that directly and point you in a better direction. Either way, you walk away knowing exactly what to do next.
How should I prepare?
Write down every idea you have. Write down every goal. Write down everything you'd love to accomplish in the next year. Then bring all of that to the call. You don't need a polished pitch or a finished plan. Your advisor's job is to take whatever's in your head and help you see a clear path forward. You be the visionary, and let us help you bring that vision to life.
I might need to reschedule. What do I do?
No problem. Just reply to Sam's message or email support@leadr.co. The team will get you rebooked for a time that works. Way better than ghosting — we'll keep your spot warm.
Is this a sales call?
It's a conversation about your ideas and where you want to take them. Your advisor will listen, help you get clear on your message, and walk you through what working with us looks like if it's a fit. If it's not, they'll tell you that directly and you'll still leave with a plan for your next step. No pressure, no games.
What if I'm not clear on my idea yet?
Please don't come to this call with your idea crystal clear. That's not your job. Your job is to show up as the most creative, open-minded version of you possible. After helping over a thousand people craft their talks, we have getting your idea crystal clear down to a science. Most people who come to us aren't 100% clear on their direction yet. They might have three ideas, one idea they're unsure about, or just a feeling that they have a message worth getting out into the world. That's enough. That's exactly what this call is for. Write down every idea you have. Write down every goal. You be the visionary. Let us help you bring that vision to life.
What if my idea's already been done before?
That's great news. It means there's interest in your topic. What makes your talk unique isn't the topic. It's YOU — your story, your perspective, your lived experience. Simon Sinek and Brené Brown weren't the first to talk about leadership or vulnerability, but their unique perspectives made them global authorities. Your angle is what sets your talk apart.
What happens after the call? Am I committed to anything?
Nothing happens automatically. If your advisor sees a fit, they'll walk you through what working together looks like and how to get started. You'll have everything you need to make a decision on your own time. If it's not a fit, they'll tell you, and you'll still walk away with clarity on your ideas and a plan for your next step.
We'll see you on the call
If you haven't already, add the session to your calendar so the time stays yours. Something come up? Reschedule in one click. We'd much rather move it than miss you.
Any questions before then? Just reply to your confirmation email and a real person will get back to you.
